Amandine Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about Amandine, please outline your concerns in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 207 193 7306 (UK), +33 9 67 31 96 62 (FR) or +1 954 607 2153 (US).
We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within two working days of receiving your complaint.
We will examine all records pertaining to your complaint and may wish to contact you if we require more information.
We aim to have investigated and resolved all complaints within 21 working days of receipt of the complaint.
Any unresolved complaints maybe be brought to the attention of the MCA UK who may be contacted at email@example.com
