Chef Training, Qualifications and Workshops
Are you a chef looking to take your first steps into the world of yachting or private work? Or maybe you’re already working in the private sector or on board a yacht and are keen to top up your existing skills, develop your culinary knowledge and continue to expand your repertoire?
Established to meet the needs of both newcomers and experienced private/yacht chefs, the Amandine Chefs Academy offers a variety of courses and workshops ranging from specific qualifications, such as the Ship’s Cook Certificate and Food Hygiene, to introductory courses designed to enable a smooth transition into working as a private chef on land or at sea. For those chefs already working in the industry, we will be running workshops aimed at equipping you with the best possible skills, knowledge and inspiration to keep you motivated and develop your careers.
As well as running our own training, Amandine will be partnering with other established schools and trainers to deliver a practical and interesting programme of courses.
