The sun was shining and the rosé was flowing.  Kate, Emma, Sophie and Claire loved catching up with so many chefs and clients who were at the show.    The Amandine Chefs stand, conveniently located next to the Onshore Cellars Bar and the Interview studio, was a hive of activity all week.

Kicking off the show on the first night, we hosted a  Tequila and Tacos Party with Onshore Cellars, serving mouth- wateringly delicious Mexican themed canapés, perfectly put together by one of our very own local chefs, Tess.  The menu included crispy tostada Lamb Barbacoa with a Chipotle tomato tartare, Corn Fritters with Coriander and Lime Aioli and Mini smokey spiced grilled shrimp tacos.    The Cucumber and Jalapeño and classic Tommy’s Margarita’s from Onshore Cellars were delicious (too delicious!) and certainly helped the party get into full swing.   The event ended with a round of Mexican Bingo and 6 winners were happy to receive their unexpected spot prizes on the night.   Thanks to everyone that came and made it such a success but in particular to the Captain, Chef and crew from M/Y Bunty who pulled out the stops and turned up in full fancy dress!

Thursday’s exclusive Caviar Tasting with a select group of loyal Amandine Chefs left us all wanting more!   Classic Caspian Caviar brought  a selection of their Baerii & Imperial Oscietra caviars from East China as well as their Iranian Royal Beluga, one of the most expensive caviar varieties on the market.

The Amandine team were kept busy giving out special gifts to every Chef and Captain at the show.   Our WTF  bags created a real stir and got everyone talking.  So much so people were chasing after us asking where they could get one.   Watch this space as we might end up selling them on here, you never know!

Congratulations to all of our Cook Book competition winners; Chef Christopher Siebentritt who chose Mexico. Chef Alessandro Benacquista who chose Japan and Stephanie Pickering from YPI who is still deciding which cookbook to choose!

The incredible culinary demonstrations by Maison Del Gusto including Superyacht Chef Micail Swindell’s masterclass in Liquid Nitrogen and 2* Michelin Koji Kimura’s fish aging masterclass.

The Caribbean themed party and dancing hosted by Antigua and Bermuda on the Thursday night

Our unexpected attendance at Superyacht Spares 1920’s themed party.

Lunch at La Mome between old friends (you know who you are!).
