FLIBS 2023
The Amandine team had a fantastic time at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show this year catching up with our wonderful chefs and clients and soaking up the Florida sunshine! We gave away more of our WTF (Where’s The Food) tote bags and we can’t wait to see pictures of them being used for provisioning! We also had 2 lucky winners of our infamous cookbook competition: Julian Brown from M/Y Lionshare chose Nopalito: A Mexican Kitchen and Taryne Evals who chose Noma 2.0 Vegetable Forest Ocean.
Drinks were flowing at Tap 42 where Amandine hosted a great evening catching up with chefs. We loved being introduced to the delights of Southern American cuisine by one of our clients (thank you!) and meeting the lovely guys from ‘Visit Fiji’ who were dressed in full costume and playing Ukelele’s, they bought a great sense of fun to the show!
The other bonus of this time of year was the Halloween decorations and wow how impressive they were! We enjoyed getting dressed up and soaking up the festivities around Fort Lauderdale!
