The gloves were off at this  year’s MYBA Charter Show 2017 Chefs’ Competition in Barcelona, with chefs competing to show off their skills and talent in a Spanish themed three-course challenge: a seafood starter incorporating saffron, fish and rice for the main dish and a sugar-free dessert.

Each year the panel of judges gets more impressive at this competition and they didn’t disappoint this year with an array of Michelin starred restaurant chefs  including Antonio Mellino from Quattro Passi in Nerano, Italy, Fran Agudo from Tickets and Paco Méndez from Hoja Santa both in Barcelona and Rafael Zafra from the Cirque du Soleil & Adrià brothers’ first joint venture, restaurant Heart in Ibiza.
