Established to meet the needs of both newcomers and experienced private/yacht chefs, the Amandine Chefs Academy (ACA) offers a variety of courses and workshops ranging from specific qualifications such as the Ships Cook Certificate and Food Hygiene to introductory courses designed to enable a smooth transition into working as a private chef on land or at sea.
