This year at the Monaco Yacht Show Amandine Chefs in partnership with Maison del Gusto are proud to be hosting a masterclass and tasting with the superstar Italian chef Antonio Mellino from his renowned 2 Michelin star restaurant Quattro Passi on the Amalfi coast.  Together with his son Fabrizio, they will be showcasing one of their most famous signature dishes, Pennino alla Nerano, deliciously combining linguini with zucchini and zucchini flowers, basil and black pepper.  Tonino (as he’s known to us!)  and Fabrizio will talk you through the secrets of this recipe whilst also demonstrating their cooking techniques.   And the most important part – you’ll get to taste this stunning dish at the end of it all.  Limited Spaces – BOOK NOW!

About the chef

Born in Buenos Aires but raised in Nerano, a charming fishing village on the Amalfi Coast, Chef Antonio Mellino started to cultivate a passion for the sea and cooking at a very young age.

Mellino opened his restaurant Quattro Passi in 1984 and had his first Michelin star in 2000 followed by a second one in 2011 which the restaurant still holds.  Before the restaurant, Mellino worked for ten years on cruise liners so he fully understands what it takes to work in a busy galley kitchen!
