For the 2018 season Amandine have partnered with The Galley Gang to run a series of workshops aimed at yacht chefs who are looking for a bit of inspiration and motivation.

The Galley Gang started as an informal group of private and yacht chefs who got together to share inspiration, tips and tricks. Fast forward to 2018 and the group has grown to hosting masterclasses and workshops, bringing you top guest chefs from around the world.

Most of the other “students” attending are kick-ass chefs in their own right, so this sort of collaborative teaching works really well. Meeting other like-minded chefs who are experiencing the same challenges in the galley is a great source of inspiration and motivation. A bit like working in a professional kitchen again.

Raw & Vegan Advanced Cookery – Monday 26th & 27th March – €500

Molecular Cuisine – Wednesday 28th March – €250 – LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Desserts, Pastry & Chocolate Work – Thursday 29th March – €250

Fish & Seafood – Friday 30th March – €250
